WHY DURIAN SNOWSKIN ?
The answer is simple - My mother, Mdm Wong Chih Lian LOVES DURIAN !
On nights that we were going to have durains for dessert, she would skip dinner altogether and go right to dessert.
Anyways, my mum, who is a "self-taught" everything, decides to take this on. She said, if we are adding a new mooncake to CJB, it has to be Durain ! can't bake it, so it has to be snowskin .
